A little closer
than it feels.
Wilder Sanctuary is located above Matapalo Beach, 10 minutes north of Dominical and 30 minutes south of Manuel Antonio.
From Quepos Airport, the drive is approximately 20 minutes. From San José, you can take a 20-minute domestic flight to Quepos or drive for around three hours, depending on traffic and conditions.
The final approach from the main highway follows approximately two kilometres of gravel mountain road within a gated community. A 4×4 vehicle is required, or arrange transfer services with us in advance.
